As a practice operating within Dubai Healthcare City, We maintain the confidentiality of patient information in accordance with the applicable DHCC regulations and governing body rules on patient health data, together with applicable UAE federal health data legislation, including Federal Law No. 2 of 2019 on the Use of Information and Communication Technology in Health Fields. Patient health information is accessed only by authorized personnel, is not disclosed except with Your consent or as required by applicable law, and is retained and stored in accordance with UAE health data requirements, including restrictions on transferring health data outside the UAE.
